The dossier writes itself as emails, deeds, attachments, voice notes and minutes of meeting from calls come in. You review it, correct it, use it.

Things no one else does

• Screenshots become evidence. The print-screens bouncing around WhatsApp and email today — client chats, conversations, images — are recognised, catalogued and inserted into the dossier as evidentiary material.
• Catalogue first, send only if needed. Architecture designed not to over-engineer: the system works locally, and queries external models only when the request truly requires it — with anonymised data.
• More hardware, more sovereignty. Data sovereignty is a continuous scale, not a switch. As you add dedicated hardware inside the firm, more of the workload stays on-premises.

Not everything is included by default. Acta Nova is designed not to over-engineer the firm: start with what you need, add only what truly changes the day.

Example. The lawyer asks: "For the case in hand, do we have evidence of documented threats?"

Acta Nova answers with a structured output:

A continuous scale, not three packages

Pilot → Studio → Master are reference points along a continuum, not packages to pick from. Data scope, agent autonomy and on-prem level are tuned case by case. You scale only when the value justifies it.

Data sovereignty

GDPR Art. 9 and professional secrecy compliant. Consistent with the EU Data Act: models and dossiers remain firm property.
